Designed as the companion tool to the audio CD, the worksheet encourages the beginner to take action, visit the local store, and have fun learning about the various essential oils; some of the therapeutic and health benefits associated with each oil; as well as an assessment of the smell which ranges from disgusting… to so-so… to love it!
